If anyone told me just a year ago that I will have my own fitness and travel blog I honestly wouldn’t believe it. Secretly in the bottom of my heart I was always a blogger. I was posting and sharing my travel photos to a small , not always interested group of my Facebook or Instagram friends . Traveling was always my biggest passion. I used to be a tour guide so obviously I traveled a lot at the time. I visited over 60 countries all over the world and always wanted to see more. Now I do my vacations on an average twice a year plus several weekends getaways. Recently I became also very involved in fitness. I’ve been working out regularly for a few years, but only in last couple of months I started seeing serious results. The reason for the dramatic change was my discovery of the 21 day fix portion control eating plan. It was such a breakthrough for me, that I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach and share with others my knowledge about healthy nutrition and very effective Beachbody workout programs. More and more people noticed the results I was getting from workout program I was doing and consequently decided to purchase the program themselves as a result of my results! That was exciting and empowering to me, because though I’d never have dreamed in a million years that I would be a part of helping someone in their fitness journey, here I was, helping others out of pure enthusiasm! So I decided that if I connect both travel and fitness and create kind of a hybrid “fittraveler4life” category I would have the best of both worlds. I want to help people to reach their fitness goals, get the vacation fit body they always dreamed about and be their travel advisor at the same time.
